‘…To the last drop… And it will have nothing more to give?…’ It’s called many names…A mother’s love for her children, a father’s love for his family, and a savior’s love for his people-‘ a true love that gives itself until it has nothing more to give. On – the other hand I’m not talking about a servile love- I believe in rights, fairness, and equality~ But think a sacrificial love (where there are 2 pieces of cake, and Dad says he’s not hungry so that the kids can have it- not every time, but sometimes..)
– or as YOU write “The father who tried to give the child as meaningful a childhood as he could has influenced that “independent” adult we see.” that that is a great and most giving love! thanks for stopping by!
