For Christmas, my husband surprised me with an AlphaSmart 3000; basically a typewriter with memory~ He got it used (included a USB cable to download work to a printer or computer) on Ebay- for $29.00 .

Suffice it to say, writing is more prolific when there are no internet distractions with all those articles, Facebook scrollings, and emails sucking the life out of writer’s work.
